What DoctorCalculator is

DoctorCalculator provides educational decision-support tools for physician career planning. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, or contract advice, and no attorney-client, advisor, or physician-patient relationship is created by using it.

No guarantees

• No salary, income, or compensation figure on this site is a promise, prediction, or guarantee. Figures are modeled scenarios, feasibility estimates, or labeled public-data proxies.
• We do not guarantee match, residency, fellowship, employment, or negotiation outcomes.
• You are responsible for verifying any contract, compensation, or career decision with your own qualified advisors (a contract attorney, CPA/financial advisor, and mentors) before acting.

Subscriptions & purchases

• 7-day pass: a one-time purchase granting 7 days of premium access; it does not renew.
• Monthly/annual plans: renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future billing; access continues through the period already paid.
• Lifetime: “lifetime” means lifetime access to the purchased entitlement for as long as the product operates. It is not revocable access. Where a lifetime offer is described as “limited,” that refers only to limited availability (time window, quantity, or platform), never to the duration of access once purchased.
• Refunds: web purchases are processed through Stripe. Contact support. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's refund processes respectively. A completed refund or chargeback ends the associated access.
• Prices may change for future purchases; changes never shorten access you already paid for.

Acceptable use

• Personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape at scale, resell, or republish premium content or datasets.
• Don't attempt to bypass entitlement checks or share account access. We may cap or revoke sessions to prevent account sharing.
• Exported cards and checklists may be shared socially with attribution intact.

Data limitations

Public datasets (CMS, NPPES, Open Payments, BLS) have known biases and coverage gaps, described on Data sources and Methodology. Medicare amounts are practice payments, not personal income. We label confidence honestly and you agree not to treat directional estimates as verified facts.

Intellectual property

The site, its models, curated datasets, and content are owned by DoctorCalculator. Public-domain source data remains public domain; our curation, models, and presentation are ours. You retain ownership of the inputs you enter.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoctorCalculator is provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for career, financial, or contractual outcomes of decisions you make.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
