Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your verified email address, login provider (Google, Apple, or email), the provider's stable subject ID, and hashed session tokens. We use OAuth or one-time magic links; no passwords exist to store or leak.
• Report inputs & saved scenarios: the career/lifestyle inputs you enter are processed in your browser. They are stored on our servers only when you explicitly save a report to your account; anonymous sessions store a correlation ID and coarse, hashed request metadata. Never your raw profile.
• Purchases: entitlement records (product, status, period, provider references such as a Stripe customer ID or RevenueCat App User ID). We never see or store card numbers.
• First-party usage events: simple event names such as opening a tool or report builder, tied to your account only when you are signed in. We do not store tool inputs in these events.
• Local device storage: preferences, locally saved scenarios, and credential tokens live in your browser/app storage and can be cleared at any time.

Analytics

DoctorCalculator ships no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do keep privacy-safe first-party usage counts so admins can see which tools are used, diagnose abuse, and plan product work. These events store an event name and timestamp, plus your user ID only if you are signed in.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (web), Apple (App Store), and Google (Play), with RevenueCat coordinating cross-platform entitlements. Each processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. Your app install is identified to RevenueCat by a random UUID, not your email.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal data. To anyone, ever.
• We do not rank or expose individual physicians; public datasets are published only as aggregates.
• We do not send marketing email unless you joined the launch list, and every email has an unsubscribe.

Deleting your data

Use Delete account (also available on your account page and in the app). Deletion removes your account, sessions, saved scenarios, and account-linked usage events immediately; purchase records are retained without any link to you, as required for refund and dispute handling.
