Delete your account

Self-serve (immediate)

1. Sign in and open your account page (in the app: the Account tab).
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, sign-in sessions, and saved reports are erased. Purchase records are retained without any link to you, as required for refund and dispute handling. Anything stored only on your device (local scenarios, preferences) can be cleared from your browser/app settings.

Email support@doctorcalculator.com from your account email address with the subject “Delete my account”, and we'll process it within 7 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel those in your Apple/Google subscription settings first. Web (Stripe) subscriptions are canceled automatically when your account is deleted.
