Email support@doctorcalculator.com and we'll get back to you. To help us resolve things in one round-trip, include your account email and, for app purchases, your RevenueCat App User ID. Both are shown (with a copy button) on your account page.
Purchases & premium access
- Paid on the web but premium isn't active? Open the link on your Stripe receipt again. The success page re-verifies the payment. Signing in with the email you used at checkout also picks the purchase up on any device.
- Paid in the iOS/Android app? Use Restore Purchases on the account screen. Purchases are tied to your Apple/Google account plus your RevenueCat App User ID.
- Premium on one device but not another? Sign in with the same account email on both; entitlement syncs from the server, never from the device.
Managing or canceling a subscription
- Web (Stripe): use Manage subscription on your account page. It opens Stripe's secure portal for cancellation, payment method changes, and invoices. Canceling keeps access through the period you already paid for.
- App Store (iOS): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DoctorCalculator. Apple handles the billing; we cannot cancel Apple subscriptions for you.
- Google Play (Android): Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Refunds: web purchases. Contact us and we'll review under our refund policy; App Store/Play purchases follow Apple's/Google's refund processes (reportaproblem.apple.com / Play order history).
